HAPPY CAMP, Cal. – Updated at 1:45 p.m.: The Sulfur Fire is 100% contained. The cause of the fire remains under investigation. The Sulfur Fire is burning in the area of Sulfur Springs Campground in Siskiyou County, south of Happy Camp on the east side of Elk Creek between Cougar Creek and Copper Creek.
