    Two teens charged after planning school shooting at West Virginia high school

    SISSONVILLE, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Two teens have been charged after planning a school shooting at a West Virginia high school.

    According to the West Virginia State Police, on Wednesday, March 6, 2024, Sr. Tpr. Z. M. Lewis arrested 18- year-old Russell Kidd of Sissonville, for Terroristic Threats.

    Sr. Tpr. Lewis received information from an ongoing investigation in reference to the accused assisting a juvenile with planning a school shooting at Sissonville High School.

    The accused was unable to make bond and is located at South Central Regional Jail.

    On January 30, 2024, the 17- year- old juvenile was charged with Terroristic Threats and remanded to Tiger Morten Juvenile Detention Center.
