These people make me laugh. first; the tulare lake is full of water and now they are at each others throats fighting for water. the water was pumped to castaic lake and other dams and now they need water and if anyone pumps water from the ground, the farmers have to pay the STATE OF CA. for that water. It doesn't make sense! They all should have water from those lakes n dams that was stored or pay some storage charge to keep the dams n lakes up keep. The state of ca should only over see what goes on n if violatios are there- charge the farmers for that violation. The money should stay in kings-tulare counties banks for upkeep on those dams n lakes.
