Troopers ask for help locating at-risk Anacortes woman
ANACORTES, WA (MyBellinghamNow.com) – A Silver Alert has been issued for a woman missing from Skagit County. WSP says that 77-year-old Evelyn Smith was last seen in Anacortes on June 23 at around 5 pm. Troopers add that she is without her medications and may not be able to return home without assistance.
