7/26/2024 12:56:00 PM Follow @HCUGolf NORMAN, Okla. – Four HCU golfers, Roy Barrera , Ben Caton , Mason Napier and Cooper New , have been named Cobalt Golf All-America Scholars announced by the Golf Coaches Association of America. The four Huskies earn the distinction by virtue of maintaining a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher, be at least a sophomore academically and own a stroke average below 76 for the 2023-24 season. Ranch Drive, Blackwell and Tonkawa add new fire trucks
PONCA CITY — Ranch Drive, Blackwell and Tonkawa are celebrating the purchases of new fire trucks. Blackwell and Ranch Drive used funds collected through the Kay County Fire Sales Tax that was passed on Nov. 8, 2022, (see story) for the purchases. Tonkawa will use the sales tax fund to purchase equipment for the truck.
