The Time I Made Cardinals Cupcakes for a Friend Retiring from the Stadium

This was a few years ago, but I made cupcakes for an usher who was retiring from Busch Stadium. The pic just popped up on my phone, so I thought I’d share. The birds themselves were made with Rice Krispies treats covered in fondant. Fondant is gross, but it peels off pretty easily.
