Henry County Man Arrested After Dead Dogs Found in Rental Home
HENRY COUNTY, Ala (WDNews) — A Henry County man has been arrested after deputies discovered the carcasses of several dogs in the backyard of a rental home, sources say 5. According to Sheriff Eric Blankenship, deputies were called to a home off Highway 431 north of Abbeville on July 14, where they found five dogs owned by Devone Edwards Tolbert, 26, dead and in various stages of decomposition.
