Everyone needs to have an advance directive once they enter a hospital and get out as soon as you're able to walk. Too many horror stories about US medical system and hospitals.

Why does this article call the decedent a her and a him throughout. Not enough that the hospital most likely killed the victim and then the media can't get the sex correct. What town was this in. I already avoid Dignity or UnDignity Health.
