The Katy Trail may not be fully accessible by the weekend. In mid-Missouri, trail users are urged to use caution around the Easley area. The trail between Route N and Smith Hatchery Road has been opened to local traffic since Easley River Road is under water. There’s also a large washout about a mile south of Easley.
