CBRE names new market leader for South Carolina
There’s a new real estate boss for CBRE in South Carolina. CBRE Group named Audrey Frey its senior managing director and market leader for its South Carolina business. Frey will oversee business operations and drive the market’s growth strategy for all advisory service lines of business, including leasing, sales, debt and structured finance, valuation, and property management for its Charleston, Columbia and Greenville offices, the company said in a news release. She will be based in Greenville.

I-40 East stretch closes for weekend bridge repairs between I-26, Hendersonville Road
ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) — A stretch of I-40 will be closed from Friday, July 19 at 8 p.m. through Monday, July 22 at 6 a.m. between I-26 and Hendersonville Road. Daily storms, humid with milder temperatures
GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) - Storm chances continue Friday into next week, paired with milder temperatures and muggy conditions. Highs will range from the upper 70s across the mountains to just the mid 80s upstate. That’s actually below average for mid-July, and we will remain on a stretch of highs in the middle to upper 80s through the middle of next week. Humidity levels will not drop significantly, but we will at least be spared the extreme heat for a while.
