CBRE names new market leader for South Carolina
There’s a new real estate boss for CBRE in South Carolina. CBRE Group named Audrey Frey its senior managing director and market leader for its South Carolina business. Frey will oversee business operations and drive the market’s growth strategy for all advisory service lines of business, including leasing, sales, debt and structured finance, valuation, and property management for its Charleston, Columbia and Greenville offices, the company said in a news release. She will be based in Greenville.
