Logan Wildcats football camp deemed a success
LOGAN — The Logan Wildcats football camp was held Friday night on the Willis-Nisbet Stadium turf, and LHS head coach Brandon Adkins was ecstatic about how it turned out. Adkins' goal was for 50 kids to show up to the camp, and he was happy that the turnout was close to 60 kids.

HILLSBORO — A Pocahontas County man has been charged with a hate crime after an incident involving himself and his neighbors. Roy Lynn Walker, 58. of Hillsboro, has been charged with two counts of making terroristic threats and one count of prohibiting violations of an individual’s civil rights.
