Tyler man charged with murder after fatal shooting
A Tyler man has been charged with murder after a fatal shooting in Smith County on Sunday night. Smith County deputies responded to a shooting in the 8900 block of CR 4136 in northern Smith County at about 6:30 p.m. Sunday, according to Smith County Sheriff's Office Public Information Officer Sgt. Larry Christian.
