Suspect in custody after high-speed chase through Whitehouse, Tyler and Chapel Hill
WHITEHOUSE — A suspect is in custody after a alleged forgery attempt at a Whitehouse bank turned into a high-speed chase. Tasha Hudson, 35, has been arrested after a police pursuit ended near Chapel Hill. According to Smith County Sheriff’s Office, Whitehouse police were called to the Southside Bank in Whitehouse for a potential forgery. When officers arrived, Hudson fled the scene and a pursuit began.
