College Station police responding to a hit and run crash Monday morning (July 29) results in the driver who took off returning to jail for the fourth time in seven weeks. 29 year old Edgar Garza was arrested for causing the crash, fleeing from an officer, DWI, and possessing methamphetamine and marijuana in a drug free zone.
