    Emergency crews respond to overturned vehicle in Snow Hill

    UPDATE (WNCT) — Snow Hill officials said the fuel spill had been contained following the accident on Kingold Boulevard Sunday morning.

    No one was seriously hurt, according to the Snow Hill Rural Fire Department. Traffic returned to normal around 12:30 p.m.

    SNOW HILL, N.C. (WNCT) – Snow Hill and Shine Fire Departments responded to a wreck involving an overturned van late Sunday morning.

    According to a post on Snow Hill Rural Fire Department’s Facebook page, the vehicle overturned around 11 a.m. in the area of Ribeyes Steakhouse on Kingold Boulevard.

    Fire personnel remained on standby for a possible fuel leak associated with the accident.

    It is unclear if anyone was hurt. Snow Hill officials asked people to use caution when traveling through the area.
