Woman arrested for theft, drug possession
Renovo, Pa. — A Renovo woman arrested for theft was found to be in possession of drugs and paraphernalia, police say. Kayla Marie Colorado, 33, of Renovo, was arrested by police on July 19 for retail theft. Colorado allegedly stole a razor scraper tool valued at $5.99 from Tony's Hardware, located at 621 Huron Ave. During the arrest, Colorado was found to be in possession of drugs and paraphernalia, according to a release from the Renovo Police Department. Colorado, who had past convictions for theft, was charged with a felony retail theft for the July 29 incident, as well as possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a small amount of marijuana. She was arraigned by MDJ Mills and then taken to the Clinton County Correctional Facility to be jailed in lieu of $10,000 bail.
