Southern California boarders were treated to late season powder turns this weekend as Mountain High was hit by a March storm. The resort had received 12 inches by the Saturday afternoon and the snow was still coming down.

    Saturday's free refills.

@mthighsnow wrote on Instagram, "Incredible conditions this morning and it keeps refilling! We've had 8-12" so far and it's still snowing! If you needed a reason to get another day on the mountain this is it."

The snow is supposed to continue on Sunday.

Of course, SoCal resorts are known for their season-long sunny days, so snagging pow runs in the San Gabriels is something special.

Over in the San Bernardinos east of Mtn High, Big Bear Mountain Resort also reported over a foot of snow on Saturday with more on the way.
