Late season snowstorms have been pummeling Utah, delaying spring turns (no one is complaining) and extending operations at resorts.

Brighton just announced that they will be offering night riding through Saturday, April 13th. Closing day is even further away, with regular day operations running through Sunday April 28th.

And then, the resort will open back up with limited operations for the much-anticipated return of the Meltdown, May 3rd-19th.

Over the weekend, the third annual Bomb Hole Cup went down in an April snowstorm, underlining the excellent late-winter conditions at Brighton.

Prior to that storm, Brighton had received 526 inches of snow for the season and 16 more was added on Saturday, April 6th.
