Young and the Restless Star Eric Braeden Shares Big Behind The Scenes Moments

Eric Braeden recently shared behind-the-scenes photos of himself and his castmates on The Young and the Restless, prompting fans to express their appreciation for their talents and the show.

When you’ve been on a soap for 44 years, like Eric Braeden on The Young and the Restless, people pay attention to what you share on social media. The portrayer of Victor Newman posted about his health issues, as well as giving his opinions on many topics, including sports and politics. He recently shared some behind-the-scenes fun with his castmates, and the fans loved it.

On X, formerly Twitter, Braeden created several posts containing photos of him and his castmates on set. The first was of him, Melody Thomas Scott (Nikki), and Amelia Heinle (Victoria), smiling while Heinle was on her phone laughing.

A fan responded, “Gorgeous picture of the three of you, all looking so happy.” Another wrote, “I feel like I’ve known your character all my life❣️,” and Braeden responded, “Sometimes I forget how long it has been!” And one follower gushed, “You are still the star of Y&R. You and your TV family look great !!”

In his next post, Braeden shared a photo of himself and Bryton James (Devon), writing, “A great colleague! Chip of the old block, KRISTOFF.”

The caption referenced that Neil Winters, played by the late Kristoff St. John, was Devon’s adopted father. And Devon’s business acumen is getting savvier, just like Braeden’s Victor.

The fans loved it, and when one shared a photo of Braeden and St. John having some laughs (with Braeden’s baseball hat turned sideways like Chuckie Margolis from The Hudson Brothers’ Razzle Dazzle Show in the 1970s), Braeden responded, “Wow!! KRISTOFF was one of two colleagues I trusted around here! The other was DOUGIE DAVIDSON!”

And finally, Braeden shared a third picture with him and two more lovely ladies, Christel Khalil (Lily) and Melissa Ordway (Abby), writing, “Both such good actresses!! ❤️.”

“The ability to act every day in a Soap and make it work, make it real, is serious talent,” was one fan reaction. As another had trouble determining what set the actors were on, someone made a speculation: “I hope this is Abby and Devon’s wedding! 💗💗🙌🏾”
