General Hospital Spoilers Promo: Truth Bombs Get Dropped!

The action in this General Hospital spoilers preview for the week of October 21 begins at The Savoy, as Portia makes an announcement to those gathered, including Curtis, Trina, Ric, Molly, TJ, Gio, Joss and Dex.  "Come on everyone, listen — we have some news about Heather Webber," she says. There's a look of shock on several faces. What exactly is Portia up to now when Heather's own lawyer, Ric, is standing there? Will what she's up to keep Heather locked away in Pentonville like she wants or is she cooking her own goose with this move?

Elsewhere, newly discovered "cousins" Sasha and Maxie are comparing notes on the latest familial news they received and Sasha has something she feels is important to tell Maxie. "There is no chance my mother is telling the truth about Robert Scorpio," insists Sasha. After all, she can't bear this to be true because then Cody will be her cousin too. Meanwhile, a seemingly calm Robert has to drop the big news on the new lady in his life, Diane. "I have another daughter," he says, shocking the usually unflappable legal eagle, who surely won't want her man to have such a strong tie to his ex, Holly Sutton.

A Lifesaving Gift

Next we see Sam dropping her own news on her children's dads — Jason and Drew — telling them, "A donor has been found and it's me." We see her then at GH in a hospital gown, getting prepped for the big surgery that may save Lulu's life. Everyone who loves them is gathered there waiting to hear news — Laura, Rocco, Scout, Dante, Alexis, Danny, Jason, Sonny and Carly.
