GH Spoilers 7/31/24: Dante Confronts Sonny!

Prepare for some tense conversations in today’s General Hospital ! Anna fills in Jason, Molly tries to make amends with Kristina, Carly questions Spinelli, Ava gloats to John, and Dante tries to get through to Sonny. But will it be like talking to a brick wall?

Back from her trip to the WSB headquarters in Washington, D.C., Anna tells Jason about what happened as he informs her about Carly’s case being dropped when the evidence mysteriously disappeared. “I have a debt to repay,” Anna admits. But what will Brennan want from her in return?

After her conversation with Alexis, Molly puts her tail between her legs and heads over to Kristina’s to try and make things right with her sister. “For that, I sincerely apologize,” she insists. But did Molly find Kristina in a forgiving mood?

Joining Wiley’s birthday party at the Metro Court pool to celebrate the charges against her being dropped, Carly discovers that she doesn’t have Spinelli to thank for the evidence against her going up in a puff of smoke. “If you couldn’t get to it, who did?” she wonders. How will Carly react when she finds out who actually came to her rescue?

John’s attempt to bring down Sonny via Carly has blown up in his face, but he still has Ava to use as a weapon against his nemesis. And she’s confident that she’s going to win her custody battle as an unmedicated Sonny goes completely off the rails. “I have every reason to believe I’m gonna get the outcome I want,” she gloats.

Sonny’s outburst after Carly’s hearing left his entire family shaken, but it’s Dante who goes to confront his father about his recent behavior. “You can only push everybody so far,” he argues. “Even me!” But will Sonny listen to his son? And when will someone confirm he’s off his meds?
