GH Spoilers 8/21/24: Sonny Goes After Valentin!

Big moves are being made in today’s General Hospital spoilers, but will any backfire? Alexis urges Kristina to keep quiet, Molly and TJ prepare to say goodbye, Josslyn and Trina disagree, Cates continues his vendetta, and Sonny prepares to use Anna to get to Valentin!

Fearing Molly and TJ would split up, Kristina was considering keeping the baby she was carrying for them for herself. But now that she lost the baby in the fall, Alexis urges her to never bring it up. “Molly and TJ never need to know what you intended to do,” she insists.

Meanwhile, Molly and TJ are arranging for a funeral to say goodbye to the baby girl they never got to know but there’s still one thing left to take care of. “She deserves a name,” Molly declares. “It’s time we give her one.”

At the Jerome Gallery, Josslyn and Trina gossip about the whole Ava and Kristina situation. “She’ll be behind bars,” Joss insists. But Trina doesn’t share her friend’s confidence about her boss. “I wouldn’t bet on it,” she responds. It’s definitely true that Ava has more lives than a cat!

After the judge released Kristina and gave John 48 hours to get a case together, the FBI agent scrambles to work with Ava to create charges that will stick and take Sonny’s daughter away from him. “The only thing Sonny responds to is leverage,” he argues. But is Ava still on board with Jagger’s plans?

Sonny, for his part, has his sights set on a different target right now. Cates is a problem, yes, but the mob boss needs to get his hands on Valentin and find out why he tampered with his bipolar meds. And he knows just how to lure Valentin out of hiding. “What bait?” Jason asks. Sonny coldly responds: “Anna Devane.” Meanwhile, Anna is in the PCPD interrogation room warning someone: “You have to choose.”
