Win Jophielle Love’s Emmy Dress Autographed by GH Stars!

As a nominee at the Daytime Emmy Awards back in June for her original song, “Shine,” Jophielle Love (Violet, General Hospital) was a shining star in a custom-made Mischka Aoki gown, featuring stars bearing the autographs of her famous castmates. And now she’s giving it to one lucky person to benefit a very worthy cause! Through mid-September, Love is holding a fundraiser on her Instagram page, raffling off her Emmy gown to benefit the charity organization Save the Children!

The made-to-measure gold tiered gown was a collaboration between Love and brother-sister environmentalists and influencers Mischka Aoki and Devon Kei Enzo. The siblings’ mother is Winnie Aoki, the designer and founder of the haute couture childrens’ luxury brand. Love pitched the idea for her very special Emmy gown herself! “Jophielle’s idea was to collect autographs from the entire cast of General Hospital, and to be sewn into a dress we designed with Mama,” Aoki and Enzo shared on Instagram. “Then the dress would be auctioned off, and the proceeds go to help children of war victims.”

Inspired by the very song that the young GH star was nominated for, Enzo and Aoki suggested that Love have her castmates autograph stars drawn onto golden fabric. Those shapes were then cut out and sewn onto the gown’s bodice!

In addition to the signatures of Love and executive producer Frank Valentini, the stars on the gown have been autographed by Michael Easton (Finn), Josh Swickard (Chase), Amanda Setton (Brook Lynn), Gregory Harrison (ex-Gregory), Rebecca Herbst (Elizabeth), Finola Hughes (Anna), Jane Elliot (Tracy), Eden McCoy (Josslyn), Maurice Bernard (Sonny), Kate Mansi (Kristina), Cameron Mathison (Drew), Steve Burton (Jason), Alley Mills (Heather), Evan Hofer (Dex), Tabyana Ali (Trina), Hudson West (Jake), Carolyn Hennesy (Diane), Josh Kelly (Cody), Sofia Mattsson (Sasha), Giovanni Mazza (Gio), Brook Kerr (Portia), John J. York (Mac), Cyrus Hobbi (Yuri), and Viron Weaver (Wiley)!

Love is also donating a portion of the proceeds from the sale of her song “Shine” to the charity. To participate in the raffle, interested fans are invited to DM Love via her Instagram account to enter, priced at $25 for a single ticket, $100 for five, and $150 for 10 tickets. Additionally, proof of a $20 donation to Save The Children is worth a raffle ticket. “Thank you for helping children suffering in the middle of awful conflicts all over the world,” wrote the young star.
