James Patrick Stuart Celebrates His Anniversary!

Fans may be eagerly awaiting James Patrick Stuart ’s return to General Hospital as Valentin, but on Sept. 9, the actor was busy celebrating the anniversary of one of the best days of his life – the day he married his wife, Jocelyn!

“24 years ago I put a ring on the lovely Jocelyn Stilwell, daughter to John and Barbara,” he shared on Twitter/X with a black-and-white photo from the big day. “We had no idea of the amazing adventure ahead. I’d do it all again in a second.”

The couple tied the knot at a church in the small Northern California coastal town of Mendocino on Sept. 9, 2000, with 70 of their closest friends and family in attendance. The ceremony fell in between Stuart’s soap gigs, his 1989-92 stint as Will Cortlandt on All My Children , and his 2016 debut as Valentin Cassadine on GH .

The Stuarts have been deliriously happy together for the past 24 years, and they have two sons, Graham and Colin. You can see some of the couple’s sweetest moments by scrolling through the gallery below!
