She’s considered by many to be one of the most beautiful women in daytime, and now Jacqueline MacInnes Wood (Steffy, The Bold & The Beautiful ) is opening up about how she keeps her body in tip-top physical shape!

In a lengthy Instagram post, Wood shared with her followers 10 things she frequently uses to rejuvenate her body (and mind!) by removing toxins and cleansing her system. “Some of my favorite ways to detox!” she wrote, listing her favorite methods and products, and explaining their benefits. “What are yours?” she asked, inviting her followers to chime in with their own methods.

Dry brushing her body was first on Wood’s list, as she explained that it helps stimulate the lymphatic system and improve circulation. She also recommends using a lymphatic drainage massager, which moves fluid buildup away from your tissues and toward working lymph nodes, helping the body remove toxins.

The B&B star also explained that taking a charcoal binder supplement helps eliminate toxins from the body, cleanse the digestive system, and reduce bloating. Milk thistle, she noted, helps regenerate liver cells so the organ functions more efficiently in processing and removing toxins from the body. Another supplement Wood recommended is spirulina, a protein- and antioxidant-packed algae with anti-inflammatory properties that support the body’s detoxification pathways.

Taking a relaxing bath with magnesium bath flakes thrown in the tub is another way that Wood detoxifies. “Soaking in magnesium flakes can relax muscles, reduce inflammation, and replenish magnesium levels, aiding in stress relief and overall detoxification,” she explained.

With the help of a mobile app, Wood practices guided breathwork and cold exposure exercises to help regulate her nervous system and improve her mental clarity. She also finds bouncing on a trampoline to be a beneficial exercise. “Rebounding stimulates the lymphatic system, which helps detoxify the body,” she noted. “The gentle bouncing motion supports the movement of lymph fluid, flushing out toxins and improving circulation.”

Finally, logging some time in a sauna helps Wood restore her physical and mental well-being. “Infrared saunas encourage detoxification by increasing circulation and raising core body temperature, promoting sweating and the release of toxins,” she explained. “This also supports relaxation, stress reduction, and improved skin health.”
