Michael Damian Teases Danny’s Return to Y&R!

Danny has been on a tour for quite a while now but it’s about time for him to come home to Genoa City. And portrayer Michael Damian promised that fans won’t have long to wait for his return to The Young & The Restless! “See you next week, Y&R!” the actor posted to Twitter/X, sharing a pic of himself on the waterfront in Vancouver where he’s been very busy recently.

Damian has been hard at work on his newest movie, The Wrong Paris, starring Miranda Cosgrove and The Bold & The Beautiful alum Pierson Fodé (ex-Thomas). He’s not actually in the film, but he’s producing it and his wife, Janeen Damian, is directing. The couple have collaborated on numerous films together like the recent Irish Wish and Paris Christmas Waltz.

Now, while his post on Twitter/X isn’t quite clear whether Damian will be back on the set next week to tape new episodes or if Danny will be back on screen next week, a similar post in his Instagram Stories makes it much more clear that Danny will be back on Y&R next week. And since he tagged co-star Lauralee Bell (Christine), it’s likely she’ll be on his arm!

Danny hasn’t been seen on Y&R since July when he and Christine popped in to visit Traci and Alan while in Paris. But technically, the couple were last seen in mid-August when they appeared on sister soap B&B to attend a party at the Forrester mansion where Danny performed for the guests!

This is a very good time for Danny to come home because he not only has to support his son, Daniel, as he grieves Heather’s death but also defend him as he’s accused of her murder! Poor Daniel is going to need all the help he can get!
