The methods applied here are changing, as some therapists are experimenting with 'limited reparenting.’ This includes offering a corrective emotional experience to the core shame and insecurity hidden beneath the narcissistic exterior.

Weirdly, the study proposes a possible connection between NPD and better creativity, especially when an individual is promoting themselves and getting attention for their achievements. The question of how this association will affect the mental health of society and if it will help individuals to be more adaptive to their environment.
