Seasonably cool temperatures, low humidity values for the weekend
MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - Thanks to a Friday cold front, some seasonably cool temperatures and low humidity values will be around through the weekend. Afternoon high temperatures on both Saturday and Sunday will climb only into the middle 80s, which is about 5° below average. With humidity/dew point levels taking a bit of a nosedive as well, it will feel like what the thermometer is reading, which is rather atypical for this time of the year! There will be a few clouds around between both weekend days, in which I anticipate Sunday to be a little bit cloudier than Saturday. Nonetheless, for what is almost the middle of August, the weather conditions around all of the Mid-South will be very nice compared to what we usually see this time of the year!
David McNeely/Edward Jones Weekend Forecast
Today will be mostly sunny with highs around 85 and lows tonight of 66. Winds will be from the NE at 5-10 mph and our dew points should be in the upper 50’s this afternoon, making for another very nice summer day. Sunday will be mostly sunny with highs...
