Man charged in connection to crash that took life of 81-year-old woman in Fulton
FULTON, Miss. (WTVA) – A man has officially been charged in connection to an 81-year-old woman’s death in Fulton. Fulton Police Chief Brad Rogers confirmed Monday that Billy Joseph Harmon, 33, of Itawamba County, was charged with aggravated DUI-manslaughter and felony possession of a controlled substance in connection to a fatal Saturday crash.
