Indulge in the delight of preparing Baked Crab Legs in a Butter Sauce that exudes both richness and flavor. Savor the sweet and savory essence of expertly baked crab legs enveloped in a luxurious buttery sauce, making it a culinary delight for any day of the week.

    Ingredients

    1 lb king crab legs

4 tablespoons unsalted butter , melted

3 cloves garlic , minced (about 1 tablespoon garlic)

    1-2 teaspoons Creole seasoning

    ½ tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon chopped chives or parsley

    lemon wedges to serve

    Instructions

To thaw crab legs, you can either let them sit in the refrigerator overnight or speed up the process by placing them under cold running water for a few minutes. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit in preparation for cooking.

When it's time to start preparing the dish, it is recommended to halve the crab legs lengthwise to expose the succulent crab meat. Instead of a knife, opt for kitchen shears or scissors for this task for easier handling. Arrange the crab legs on an oven-safe pan or a baking sheet. In a small bowl, combine butter, minced garlic, and Creole seasoning. Heat the mixture in the microwave for approximately a minute. Once done, incorporate freshly squeezed lemon juice and thoroughly blend the ingredients.

Gently coat the crab with the butter mixture, ensuring even coverage along the crab legs, and set aside any surplus for later use. Transfer the crab legs to the preheated oven and heat for approximately 5 minutes until thoroughly heated. Garnish with parsley or chives before serving.

Please serve promptly, accompanied by the remaining sauce and lemon wedges for an extra burst of flavor.
