    Ingredients

    The Cone And Crumble:

    12 sugar cones

    20 vanilla Oreos crushed

    8 tbsp butter

    The Filling:

    16 oz cream cheese

    ½ cup sugar

    2 Tbsp powdered sugar

    1 tsp vanilla

    8 oz cool whip

    The Strawberries:

1 lb strawberries fresh or frozen

    ½ cup sugar

    ¼ cup lemon juice

    ¼ cup corn starch

    2 Tbsp water

    The Glaze:

    2 cups powdered sugar

    5 Tbsp milk

    ½ tsp vanilla

Begin by crumbling the Oreos into fine pieces using a food processor. Combine the crushed Oreos with melted butter until thoroughly mixed. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and bake at 375°F for approximately 5 minutes. Once done, take the dish out of the oven and incorporate the entire contents of a strawberry gelatin package into the mixture.

Prepare the Cheesecake Filling by incorporating 16 ounces of cream cheese into a mixing bowl and whisking on high speed until a light and fluffy consistency is achieved. Following this, blend in ½ cup of sugar, 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar, and 1 ½ teaspoons of vanilla extract, ensuring thorough mixing. Subsequently, incorporate 8 ounces of cool whip and continue mixing until a homogenous mixture is obtained.

To incorporate strawberries into your cheesecake cones, you have two alternatives. One approach is to opt for fresh strawberries that have been cleaned, have their stems removed, and have been cut into slices. Subsequently, arrange the fresh strawberry slices in a bowl and gently sprinkle them with sugar.

Alternatively, another method would be to prepare a straightforward strawberry glaze. Begin by placing the strawberries in a saucepan and adjusting the heat to medium. As the strawberries begin to warm, incorporate 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/4 cup of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of water, and 1/4 cup of cornstarch into the saucepan. Thoroughly combine all the ingredients as they cook together.

Heat the mixture over medium heat while stirring consistently. Upon observing the mixture starting to thicken, you may proceed to remove it from the heat source and turn off the burner.

Prepare the glaze by combining 2 cups of powdered sugar, 5 tablespoons of milk, and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract in a medium-sized mixing bowl.

Assemble the ice cream cones by dipping them into the icing to ensure that the top section is completely covered. Subsequently, gently roll each cone in the crumbles to evenly coat the surface. Place the completed cones on a cookie sheet to dry.

After allowing the cones to dry completely, proceed to preparing the cream cheese filling. Carefully pipe the cream cheese into the cones, forming the base of your cheesecake. Following this step, top the cones either by delicately drizzling the strawberries or by incorporating chunks of fresh strawberries along with the cream cheese.

To complete the preparation process, carefully pour the icing over the entire cone.Once completed, place the cone in the refrigerator until you are prepared to serve it.
