    Ingredients:

    1 box white cake mix

    1 cup lemon-lime soda

    1/2 cup vegetable oil

    3 large eggs

1 jar maraschino cherries, drained and chopped

    1/4 cup maraschino cherry juice

    1 cup powdered sugar

2 tablespoons maraschino cherry juice (for glaze) Directions:

To begin, preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease and flour a bundt pan. In a spacious mixing bowl, blend together the cake mix, lemon-lime soda, vegetable oil, and eggs until thoroughly mixed on medium speed. Gently incorporate the chopped maraschino cherries and cherry juice into the batter. Proceed by transferring the batter into the greased bundt pan, ensuring an even distribution.

Bake the cake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center emerges without any batter on it.After baking, let the cake rest in the pan for about 10 minutes before carefully flipping it onto a wire rack and allowing it to cool thoroughly.

In a small mixing bowl, combine the powdered sugar with 2 tablespoons of cherry juice to create the glaze. Once the cake has cooled, carefully drizzle the glaze over it before serving.
