    Introducing the Cinnamon Roll Honeybun Cheesecake: A fusion of cinnamon roll and honeybun flavors expertly crafted into a rich and luxurious cheesecake.

    Ingredients:

    For the Crust:

    1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

    1/4 cup granulated sugar

    1/2 cup melted butter

    For the Cinnamon Roll Filling:

    1/2 cup brown sugar

    2 tbsp ground cinnamon

    1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

    For the Cheesecake Filling:

    16 oz cream cheese, softened

    1 cup granulated sugar

    1 tsp vanilla extract

    3 large eggs

    1 cup sour cream

    1 cup heavy cream

    For the Honeybun Topping:

    1/2 cup powdered sugar

    2 tbsp milk

    1 tsp vanilla extract

    Directions:

    Prepare the Crust:

    To begin preparing the crust for the cheesecake, preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). In a medium-sized bowl, thoroughly combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press the resulting mixture evenly onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Set the pan aside while you continue with the next steps in the cheesecake recipe.

    Prepare the Cinnamon Roll Filling:

    In a petite bowl, gently mix together the brown sugar and ground cinnamon. Then, blend in the melted butter until the ingredients form a texture that is crumbly. Leave the mixture aside for later use.

    Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:

    In a sizeable mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with granulated sugar, blending until a smooth and creamy consistency is achieved. Incorporate the vanilla extract thoroughly into the mixture. Gradually add the eggs one by one, ensuring each addition is well beaten into the mixture. Blend in the sour cream and heavy cream until all ingredients are fully combined. Proceed to pour half of the cheesecake filling over the crust prepared earlier.

    Add the Cinnamon Roll Swirl:

    Carefully spoon half of the cinnamon roll filling mixture in dollops over the layer of cheesecake. Employ a knife or toothpick to gently swirl the cinnamon filling into the batter of the cheesecake. Proceed by pouring the remaining cheesecake filling on top and repeating the swirling process with the remaining cinnamon roll mixture.

    Bake the Cheesecake:

    Place the cheesecake in the preheated oven and bake for 60-70 minutes, or until the center is firm and the edges are lightly browned. A slight jiggle in the center is normal at this stage.Once baked, switch off the oven and allow the cheesecake to cool inside with the oven door cracked open for about an hour.After cooling, take the cheesecake out of the oven and place it in the refrigerator to chill for a minimum of 4 hours or ideally overnight.

    Prepare the Honeybun Topping:

    In a small bowl, combine the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract, whisking them together until the mixture is smooth. Just before serving, drizzle the glaze over the chilled cheesecake.
