    Ingredients:

    For the Dough:

    1 cup (240ml) warm milk

2 1/4 teaspoons (1 packet) active dry yeast

    1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar

1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter (softened)

    2 large eggs

    4 cups (500g) all-purpose flour

    1/2 teaspoon salt

    For the Filling:

1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter (softened)

    1 cup (200g) granulated sugar

    2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

1 cup (100g) crushed Oreo cookies (about 10-12 cookies)

    For the Cream Cheese Glaze:

4 oz (115g) cream cheese (softened)

    1 cup (120g) powdered sugar

    1/4 cup (60ml) milk

    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Directions:

    Prepare the Dough:

In a sizable mixing bowl, combine the warm milk with yeast, and allow it to rest undisturbed for approximately 5 minutes until it becomes frothy. Incorporate the sugar, softened butter, and eggs into the yeast mixture, ensuring thorough blending. Gradually introduce the flour and salt into the mixture, combining until a cohesive dough forms. Proceed to knead the dough on a generously floured surface for a duration of about 5-7 minutes, or until it attains a smooth and elastic consistency. Transfer the dough to a well-greased bowl, cover it with a moist cloth, and allow it to undergo a period of rising in a warm environment for approximately 1-1.5 hours, or until it has doubled in size.

    Prepare the Filling:

Combine softened butter, granulated sugar, and ground cinnamon in a bowl until the mixture is smooth. Gently fold in crushed Oreo cookies until well incorporated.

    Assemble the Rolls:

After the dough has completed its rising process, carefully punch it down and proceed to roll it out on a floured surface, shaping it into a rectangle measuring approximately 16 by 12 inches in size. Next, evenly distribute the cinnamon-Oreo mixture over the entire surface of the dough. Roll the dough tightly from the longer side to create a log shape. Then, slice the log into 12 equally-sized pieces and arrange them within a greased 9 by 13-inch baking dish.

    Bake the Cinnamon Rolls:

Please preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). After covering the rolls with a damp cloth, allow them to rise for an additional 30 minutes. Bake the rolls in the preheated oven for approximately 25-30 minutes or until they achieve a golden brown color.

    Prepare the Cream Cheese Glaze:

Combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Whip the ingredients together until they form a smooth and creamy consistency.

    Glaze the Rolls:

After the cinnamon rolls have finished baking and are still warm, delicately pour the cream cheese glaze over them.

    Enjoy!
