    Bell Pepper Sandwiches offer a unique twist, but I assure you that giving them a try is worth it. These sandwiches are not only nutritious but also light, satisfying, and irresistible.

    INGREDIENTS

    1 medium red bell pepper/149g

    Romain lettuce leaves/47g

    Mashed avocado 42g

    1 tablespoon cream cheese

    1½ teaspoon Everything Bagel Seasoning

    5 oz low sodium sliced turkey

    2 slices/1 oz of cheese

    INSTRUCTIONS

    Cut the peppers in half lengthwise, carefully removing the stem and seeds. Evenly spread the cream cheese on the interior of each pepper half.

    Combine the mashed avocado with a touch of sea salt. Mix this into the peppers and then sprinkle the bagel seasoning on top. Layer on the meat, cheese, and lettuce. You may choose to slice it in half horizontally for easier enjoyment.
