33-year-old Aaron Givens of Silver Spring has been indicted by a Montgomery County grand jury on charges stemming from a fatal street racing collision in 2023. Takoma Park Police say that 62-year-old Dawn A. Rolen was arrested for an alleged shoplifting incident at the Discount Mart on Sunday afternoon.
