A shooting in downtown Silver Spring on Thursday night left two people injured, according to Montgomery County Police. An MCPD spokesperson said that 3rd District officers responded to a call about the incident just before midnight on Thursday. Loyalty Bookstores is set to close its Downtown Silver Spring location at 823 Ellsworth Dr. in early February and relocate to Bump ‘n Grind Coffee’s Analog Market.
