    Indrajeet “Indy” Sen

    Global sportswear company Puma appointed Indrajeet “Indy” Sen as senior vice president of Puma Group Sourcing. He will be taking over the operational responsibilities of the chief sourcing officer role as current CSO Anne-Laure Descours has decided not to extend her board contract and instead support the company as an external advisor in the field of sustainability.

    In his new position, Sen will oversee the global sourcing and development of footwear, apparel and accessories, as well as operations and sustainability, reporting directly to chief product officer Maria Valdes. He will be based in Xiamen, China. Sen has been with Puma since 2016, most recently working as vice president of sourcing and development footwear. Before joining Puma, he worked as global quality manager for German footwear retailer Deichmann.

    Aina Konold

    Gen Z retailer Pacsun has named former Gap executive Aina Konold as chief financial officer, as first reported by Sourcing Journal’s sister publication, WWD. She succeeds Russell Bowers , who was appointed as chief operating officer last year. In this new role, Konold will oversee the finance, accounting and real estate teams, reporting to the company’s chief executive officer, Brie Olson. Konold previously held served as senior director of retail estate strategy and finance at Old Navy. She also was the founding CFO of Gap China .

    Allen Jacoby

    Diversified global manufacturer Milliken & Company has named Allen Jacoby as executive vice president of its textile business, assuming full responsibility for its product portfolio. He has served as Milliken’s chief strategy officer and senior vice president of corporate development and innovation since 2021 and will succeed David Smith, who is retiring after 45 years dedicated years at the company. During his early tenure at Milliken, Jacoby led the growth of several product lines in the textile business. In 2013, he took responsibility for the plastic additives segment of Milliken’s chemical business, leading technology transitions and implementing strategies for growth. Before Milliken, he was a consultant for Scient and Arthur D. Little.

    Textile-to-textile recycler Circ announced that Teresa Krug has been promoted from senior vice president of innovation—a role she held for two years—to the title of chief product officer. She has over 30 years of work experience in the paper and packaging industries and has been focused on growth since joining the company. In her new role, Krug will utilize those 30-plus years of experience in research and development as well as product development to deliver market- and business-ready products.
