Every Notre Dame player with a speed rating of at least 90 in EA Sports College Football 25

There are 15 Notre Dame Fighting Irish players in the new EA Sports College Football 25 video game with a speed rating of 90 or better. They’re the usual suspects, and the list is split as evenly as possible for an odd number — eight on offense and seven on defense.

Blue & Gold says … Not to be slept on, Notre Dame quarterback Riley Leonard and his speed rating of 86. He’ll be able to run by defensive linemen and even some linebackers if you choose to click the sticks and take him out of the pocket. The real winner here is Love, though, with his rating of 94. Runs stretches and sweeps all day long with him.

Notre Dame has some speed on the outside with Mitchell and Colzie. Mitchell’s figure is believable. Colzie’s? Might be a bit too favorable, but anybody controlling Notre Dame in the game won’t care. A big body with speed is super tough to track down in a video game. Get the ball to No. 0. Or, keep the ball on the ground. All six scholarship running backs checking in at 89 or better in the speed department is sizzling.

Blue & Gold says … Hello there, sophomore safeties Ben Minich and Luke Talich. Given Notre Dame’s situation at the position, those two are going to be key depth pieces in real life this season. And with speed ratings like those, they’re worth giving some reps in the video game too.

Look at all of the speed in the Notre Dame cornerback room, too. Clark had two pick sixes in a live streamed game between comedians Shane Gillis, who was controlling Notre Dame, and Dan Soder, who took an L as Penn State. Morrison is bound to have some of his own if you play the game long enough. A lot to like on the back end of the Fighting Irish defense.
