New owners have plans to help Neshaminy Mall survive – report
BENSALEM TOWNSHIP, Pa — The new owners of the Neshaminy Mall have big plans to shrink it down in order to help it survive. The one million square foot mall which open in 1968 has seen its vacancy rate decrease dramatically as many stores including anchors Macy's and Sears along with Modell's Sporting Goods, Footlocker restaurants in the food court closed their doors. The mall has just over 40 stores still open including Boscov's, an AMC theater and Barnes & Noble.

Registration Open for Piscataway's 1st Townwide Yard Sale
PISCATAWAY, NJ – Get ready to clean out the garage and attic and make some cash. Piscataway’s first Townwide Yard Sale will be held on Saturday, October 5th and Sunday, October 6th, rain or shine. Federal Business Centers, of Raritan Center in Edison, is seeking preliminary and final site plan approval with bulk variances to construct an approximately 176,085-square-foot warehouse with office space at 63 North Disbrow Hill Road and Butcher Road.

HILLSIDE — In the latest hot spill lawsuit against Dunkin' in New Jersey, a Union County woman claims she suffered severe and permanent burns on her hand due to negligence. Essence Springer bought a hot mint tea at the Dunkin' drive-thru on Liberty Avenue in Hillside on Dec. 17, 2023, according to the lawsuit filed last week.

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Staten Islanders can expect to see scattered thunderstorms in the forecast for the next few days before the sun comes out for the weekend.
