PLAINFIELD, NJ — Starting Tuesday last week, the Plainfield Police Department began to encourage Plainfield residents to lock their cars and hide items from view. RAHWAY, NJ — On Sunday, July 21, NJ Transit service experienced major delays due to downed power lines on the tracks. Services were suspended from Newark to Metro Park. The Rahway Police Department made the announcement around 5:10 p.m. on Sunday. Union County Connects Unveil Brand New Mural in Roselle Park
ROSELLE PARK, NJ — The borough grew a little brighter recently, as Union County Connects, a 501(c)(3) charity that advocates for safer trail networks in Union County, unveiled a brand-new mural featuring a historical rendition of the Rahway Valley Railroad Engines. Painted on the Son-Rise Document Solutions building at the outskirts of the borough, the mural welcomes travelers into Roselle Park. The mural was created by a Jersey City-based street artist, known as "Distort", who has composed many murals throughout New Jersey.
