SWANSEA — A look at the Herald News Friday Night Football schedules continue with the Joseph Case football team. The Cardinals started slow during the 2023 season before winning their final four games, including a 26-0 win over Atlantis Charter in their first Thanksgiving Day meeting to finish the year at 6-4. The win total was an improvement of five games that they had in 2022. Case had a home record of 4-1.
Fall River teen never came home from school, family members say
A Fall River teen has gone missing. According to family members, 13-year-old Jordyn Arruda never came home from Resiliency Prep on Rock Street. Arruda was last seen wearing black shorts, gray jump suit, black bubble slides, black socks, and an Essentials sweater with her hair in a low bun and slicked back. She could have her light blue Nike backpack.

MASHPEE – A Jeep collided with a boat trailer in Mashpee around 10 AM Thursday. The crash happened on Nathan Ellis Highway (Route 151) near Old Barnstable Road.
