SOUTH EUCLID , Ohio (WJW) — A used car dealership reported two of its cars were stolen at the same time by two people who had reportedly asked for a test drive.

It happened just before noon on July 11 at Auto Xchange Auto Bank along South Green Road, according to a police report.

An employee said he was talking with a man and a woman who said they were interested in buying a car. They looked at a Mazda 6 then asked to test drive a Honda Accord.

While the employee was filling out the paperwork, the woman got into the Honda Accord and left the lot.

The man, when asked for his driver’s license, provided one that “did not belong to him,” reads the report. He then walked away and drove off in the Mazda 6.
