A Minnesota prefabricated concrete firm with locations in Wisconsin has acquired another precast company, growing to 20 locations nationwide. Albany, Minn.-based Wells Concrete on Tuesday announced it acquired GATE Precast, a subsidiary of GATE Petroleum Company based in Jacksonville, Fla.
