Vehicle submerged in water after crash on Durham Chapel Hill Boulevard
The Durham Police responded to a crash on Monday afternoon that resulted in a vehicle being submerged in water. At around 3:30 p.m., officers arrived at the scene of a vehicle crash in the 4000 block of Durham Chapel Hill Boulevard, where at least one vehicle was found submerged in water.
