Hellam Carnival brings community together through sports
YORK COUNTY, Pa. — The Hellam Recreation Commission Carnival returned to York County Wednesday, but for some booths, the event means more than just fun rides and fried food. It was a test of accuracy for the Eastern York Golden Knights, who set up a dunk tank booth at the carnival to raise money for their football team this year.
