Newberry-based author and photographer Peter Wurdock will present readings and photos from his work at an event at the Erickson Center for the Arts in Curtis. Peter's journey exploring the Upper Peninsula resulted in six books that showcase writing, poetry, and photography. He's won the Notable Book Award and is also the Upper Peninsula Poet Laureate of Luce County. He currently lives in Newberry with his two adopted greyhounds and continues to write (currently for the Newberry News).
