Two arrested for possession of stolen vehicle from Virginia
At about 10 a.m. on July 18, the Roanoke Rapids Police Department received a FLOCK alert indicating an Infiniti G37 stolen from Virginia was in the city. According to a press release from Chief C. Shane Guyant, Lt. D.A. Newsome located the vehicle at a business near Julian H. Allsbrook Highway and conducted a traffic stop. The driver was identified as Stephen Murat Lucien, 28, of Wesley Chapel, Florida. The passenger was identified as Kaylee Cheyenne Rogers, 25, of New Port Rickey, Florida.
