Worthington, Ohio – On a significant day for student safety, Ohio Governor Mike DeWine signed House Bill 47 into law at a ceremony held at Worthington Kilbourne High School. This new legislation mandates that every public and chartered nonpublic school in Ohio must be equipped with automated external defibrillators (AEDs). LIMA, OH (WLIO) - The West Ohio Christian Chamber of Commerce hosted an outdoor market on Saturday. The market was a good opportunity for businesses and organizations in the chamber to introduce themselves to the public. Visitors could also get free popcorn, snow cones, and laundry detergent. Money raised from events like this helps with scholarship programs for Christian colleges, business training for their members, and chamber operating costs.
